All fresh fruit and vegetables we use are certified organic and at the peak of their season. To that end, we will be changing up the menu on a regular basis as per availability.
We use Pepe saya cultured probiotic butter in our cooking and to your table.

Desserts are served from our dessert trolley throughout the evening. Our guests have the opportunity to indulge in a variety of cakes, tarts, slices, fresh fruit plates and cheeses.
